How to Invest
1. Download an Investment Application Form.
   
2. Complete all sections of the Investment Application Form in full using BLOCK LETTERS. Any alterations made to the Investment Application Form must be initialled. If you require any assistance in completing this form, please call us on 021 531 5085.
   
3. Attach the required supporting documentation in terms of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act No 38 of 2001 ("FICA"), a copy of the deposit slip and a cancelled cheque or recent bank statement

Deposit your lump sum investment directly into the bank account set out below.  Investors who wish to invest via a once-off or recurring debit order should complete the relevant section of the Investment Application Form.

5. Fax the signed application form and FICA documents to Foord Unit Trusts on 021 531 5086.
   
6. Post the original documents to Foord Unit Trusts at PO Box 135, Howard Place, 7450, to enable verification of your signature on future instructions.
   
7. If the Investment Application Form has insufficient space for your details, please attach schedules with additional information.
