Please complete this form for all investors other than natural persons. This will include trusts, retirement funds, companies, estates, close corporations etc.

Top-up form
Please complete the top-up form if you are an existing Foord Unit Trusts client. There are no upfront charges for topping up your investment or for making an investment in a different Foord fund.

Switch form
The switch form must be completed if you would like to switch part or all of your investment from one Foord unit trust fund to another. There are no charges for switching between Foord unit trust funds.

Redemption form
You must complete the redemption form if you would like to redeem (sell back) either part or your full investment. There is no exit charge when you redeem units.
