Governing Law
Any dispute of whatsoever nature relating to or arising out of any use of the Web Portal, whether directly or indirectly, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
